Awareness Training Sessions

As we build your system with you we deliver training sessions to make sure you get the biggest benefit possible from your system.Topics include:

  • ISO in english, not "ISO speak"
  • Internal auditing
  • Strategy development

Our clients regularly go on to ask us to run such sessions for new staff, or as refresher sessions.

Managed services

An increasing number of clients have asked us to continue supporting the internal team.

Equally, some of clients were already certified and turned to us to help.

In either case there are a number of reasons why this is the case:

  1. an impartial, second pair of eyes reviewing things to reassure them things are going the right way.
  2. Best practice transfer – we have seen the same needs and challenges addressed in a variety of ways and we can pass on the ideas.
  3. They simply don’t have the time to manage their system. They prefer to operate the system, leaving us to keep it current, compliant and in line with how they are working

Each client’s needs are unique, so we work with you to arrive at the right service package. We offer discounts for one, two or three year contracts (in line with the certification cycle).
